Chef Kevin Willmann takes a community approach to his food. Farmhaus' menus are mostly comprised of locally grown produce and he partners with local cheesemakers, bakers and coffee roasters.

 

Most of the daily menu items come from the bi-state area, while much of the seafood comes from the same Gulf Coast waters that Kevin enjoyed fishing as a young man.

The cuisine is an edgy, refreshed take on Southern and Midwestern styles. We focus on memorable and intriguing small plates and tasting menus.
