Cocoa Beach, Florida

If you are looking to view a rocket launch here are some of the best places to view. Rocket launches attract thousands of people so the best tip is get to a viewing area early! At least three hours ahead of the launch time. Of course you can see the launch right from the beach in front of the hotel but if you looking to get as close as possible then there are two places we recommend. Kennedy Space Center offers viewing tours which are booked through Grayline Tours.

For our readers we found a very special spot that offers viewing at basely the same distant for a really great price. Just $15 per car and that includes the parking. They even control the crowd size so you are really comfortable and it offers a beach, bathrooms, a nice playground, a snack bar with good prices and a great fishing pier WOW! Respect this wonderful place and enjoy the Jetty Park Campground and Park.

A great place to stay if you are looking to view a rocket launch.
