Madrina is a French inspired Mexican restaurant and bar, located in Highland Park, TX. We offer a new perspective on two vibrant, established, and intertwined cultures. Mexican cooking came about by the influence of the French and Spanish mixing with indigenous cuisine. By blending the more delicate and nuanced techniques of French cooking with the bold flavors and ingredients of Mexican cuisine, a modern and refined dining experience results.

 

Our beverage program is also a blend of the two cultures. We have one of the most extensive lists of Agave spirits (Tequilas, Mezcals), Brandy, Cognac, and Armagnac in the state. We also feature many French wines, and a full bar program in addition with several wines and beers on tap.
